Julie Aldridge is the executive director at the AMA, Arts Marketing Association, where she works with an amazing team to support and enable arts professionals to have a greater impact for their organisations and their audiences. She specialises in marketing and business planning and has extensive experience in developing training and professional development programmes in the arts and cultural sector. Julie works with cultural organisations from across the UK as the AMA host for a number of strategic marketing planning and leadership residentials and has launched cultural sector academies focused on innovation and experimentation in areas such as digital marketing and audience diversity. Recently she’s had the privilege of being a core trainer on the AMA’s Future Proof programme providing training on how to review, prototype and develop resilient business models. She also collaborated with the brand agency, Wolff Olins, on Building Resilience, a suite of online modules to inspire thinking across the arts and cultural sector.
